Handpicked by Stevie Dance

Oyster Magazine and sought after stylist – most recently she has launched her own personal zine,
Shop Ghost, which curates the shopping experience through fashion industry insiders’ eyes. She is also wildly obsessed with music, which is why we chose her to have a go at this month’s
festival edition of handpicked.
Here are Stevie’s picks and why she loves them!

The Throwback – these bright beauties are a total 90’s throwback for me; I’d swap out the laces for contrast colors, kick them round a bit and pair them back with something grungy for a laid-back edge.

The Timeless Floral – I had a vintage floral dress just like this and it was my absolute favorite: its versatility makes it a wardrobe staple. I’d wear it with trainers, like the yellow Gola’s, to make it a bit more grungy.
The Worn-in Wonder – I can’t help but gravitate toward jeans like the festival super flare: ruggedly worn-in with an exaggerated fit. This amazing pair channels the iconic free-spirit poster girl, Jane Birkin.

The Western Way – this waist belt gives a serious nod to Western-styling. I’d use it to slim down the silhouette of a voluminous dress or throw it on with my favorite denim.

The Subtle Statement – Sometimes one simple piece is all you need to really make a statement. I adore how organic and subtle this wrap bracelet looks; as if you’ve owned it forever.
The Fashionable (Hair) Fix – I’d wear this at the bottom of a thick braid or use it to clip back messy hair from a long day at a festival. I love the vibrant colors on this barrette as an alternative to the standard hair tie.
The Touch of Punk – I love an unexpected touch of punk and a little bit hippie; I’d wear one of these little rings on each toe.
The Well-Traveled Bag – This little woven crossbody reminds me of backpacking through Brazil. The texture would be amazing paired back with denim and when I wasn’t toting it around, I’d take off the colorful strap and wear it as a belt
